This course is the third (3rd) stage of training in the series of TDI’s cave diver development programs. Advanced cave dive planning, the practical execution of different types of cave systems and scenarios divers encounter are presented. This cave diving course is not intended to prepare divers for evaluating all facets of cave diving. The objective of this course is to expand and critique previous skills accomplished in the Cavern and Introductory Cave diving programs.
Emphasis is placed upon dive planning and skill perfection through actual cave penetration. The primary focus of the Full Cave Diver course is establishing proper procedures for completing traverses and circuits. At this stage divers are expected to be conversant with the use and appropriate configuration of twin sets or sidemount.
Diving Javea Tech are able to offer TDI Tech Courses to those that have not made the transition during earlier cave training.To participate in this course, you must
- Have a minimum certification of Introductory Cave Diver or equivalent
- have a minimum of 50 logged dives
- be of a minimum age 18 years
